October to March for pleasant weather. Avoid May–June due to extreme heat. Magh Mela in Jan–Feb is a special experience.
Fix the boat price before boarding to avoid overcharging. Morning boat rides at Triveni Sangam are especially beautiful.
Auto-rickshaws and e-rickshaws are cheap and widely available. Sangam is about 7 km from Prayagraj Junction railway station.
